What Causes Painful Body, Sore And Swollen Throat With Ringing Ears?

currently I am experiencing body aches in my legs and arms, a sore throat, the areas in my neck below my jaw line are swollen, I've had a really bad headache but it's different then usual.. It's more of a pounding and my head feels really heavy. And finally I'm experiencing a very high ringing in my ears that does not go away... What could all of this mean and how should I go about trying to get healthy again?
