What Causes Painful Boil In Vaginal Area?

Yes. I believe I may have a boil right on the upper part of my vagina; closer to my upper right leg. It's painful to touch, but there's no head. it feels like a lump under the skin and sorta rolls when I touch it. Do you think it's a boil? and what should I do? should I see a doctor to have it lanced?
