What Causes Painful Breast After A Spa?

Hi, After 2 nights of having a spa at our sons place my breast was very painful. On moving my finger around to locate the central pain it appeared right under a Montgomery gland. Would the pain and swelling under be caused by the hot water [38deg] on a blocked gland? it took about 4-5 days for pain to go away . it is now slightly tend. Is it likely to happen again when in hot water? Do I try to massage it in the water? I am 65. 110kgs. 5'4" Had the glands removed from left breast 3 yrs ago fromwhat I call 'leaky boob syndrome'. This time is not from the nipple as before just a gland under teh nipple.. thanks
