What Causes Painful Breast After An Injury?

Hi, I feel on some ice onto my side. I felt a really sharp pain in my left breast. Now when I try to move or get up or down or take my bra off my boob really hurts can't tell if it's just the boob or maybe my ribs but if my boob hangs down at all the pain gets worst. Can you hurt your breast if so are there anything I can do or could it be my ribs? Please help
