What Causes Painful Bump After A Chest Injury?

Hi A few weeks ago I got punched in the chest, that night it hurt to move when lying down and it hurt when I sat up. I have now discovered there is a bump below my nipple (this is where I got punched) and it still hurts when sitting up. What could it be?
