What Causes Painful Bump Behind Ear, Dizziness And Headaches?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have bump on my head behind my right ear. Which causes throbbing pain which hurts a lot. I have had a couple of dizzy spells and headaches. What can be causing this. I am a SLE patient and am concerned.
