What Causes Painful Bump In Armpit?

My armpit hurt really bad this morning and when I looked at it a few hours later I saw a small (grape size) bubble looking thing under my arm and it hurts really bad, Should I see my dr. I have had ingrown hairs before and It doesnt look like an ingrown hair.
