What Causes Painful Bump Near Vagina And Thigh?

Hi, I have a small red bump near my vagina and top of my thigh. It's not poppable or anything. I had unprotected sex a little over a week ago and I have had the bump a few days. The bump is somewhat painful to touch, especially when I wipe. I am having some muscle pain in my legs and butt too. Also, until a few days ago I was constipated and thought that might have contributed to the muscle pain. Please help!
