What Causes Painful Bumps And Burning Sensation In Vaginal Area?

i have pain and burning in my vagina area. with bumps or skin hanging down. Also very irritated and red along the walls. Hurts to have intercourse. My paps was clear in 09/2014, and i just notice these. I am 53 and do not have alot of sex but recently these showed up.
