What Causes Painful Bumps On Lower Stomach And Legs?

This questions was posted some time ago and I don t see a response. Could you tell me what causes these type of pimples. I recently started getting these pimple like, very painful bumps on my lower stomach, upper legs and a couple in the pubic area. It s about a month since the first one. they very in size to a flea bite size to a bit larger as a mosquito bite. They take a long time to clear up and leave a small scar. What can this be? I looked this up before and came across Hidradento Suppurative . Any ideas?
