What Causes Painful Bumps With Green Discharge On Buttocks ?

My daughter has bumps on her butt that are really painful for her. I'm on top of changing her as soon as she needs it. The bumps are big and turning purple with red that goes around it. She had one on her leg and it popped and it had greenish color stuff come out. What can this be and how do I treat it?
