What Causes Painful Canker Sore On Roof Of Mouth?

HiHi, I'm 31 just had my second baby Feb27 and have been under alot of stress since. My whole family has been sick since then. We have had throat infections, stomach flu, colds, and the baby had oral thrush and I had it in my breats still trying to get rid of it after a month. The baby also has acid reflux so that means very little sleep for momma.

The reason I'm writing today is I have three large cancer sore on the roof of my mounth close to my throat and now the bumps on the back of my tounge are about 3x there normal size and my tounge is sore. It is very painful. What could it be?
