What Causes Painful Cramps After Orgasm?

hello. I am a 20 year old female and last night i had an orgasm and immediately after I had painful cramps, was bloated and gassy, felt very light headed and started to get clammy and sweat a little and my face turned completely pale. My vision became blurry and I felt like i was going to faint so I layed down for awhile until i took some tylenol. About a week ago I had some spotting only one day, and am not sure if I am about to start my period. I am not pregnant, and I have the implanon implant as birth control which makes me have a period every 3 months. Could this just be very painful pre menstraul cramps that caused all the other symptoms as well?
