What Causes Painful Cysts In Right Upper Thigh?

hi im 26, 5'4 and 200 lbs. i have had these cysts that are painful to the touch on my right upper thigh for the past 2 yrs or so. i also got bit by a tic in that same area about 3 yrs ago or so but idk if that has anything to do with it or not. everytime i get a bug bite, or scrape my leg or something it doesn't go away it scars. i'd just like to know whats goin on. well please let me know thanks!
