What Causes Painful Ejaculation Post Protected Anal Sex?

Hi, I'm a male who had protected anal sex with a male. We did participate in oral however and this was Dec 5th. I saw him again on the 12th, no sex, but Oral once again. About 5 days after that I started to notice that it hurt to pee, painful ejaculation, and painful erection. Also my lymph nodes in my groin are swollen although not as tender as it was at first. A few days later I noticed that I had a bump on my anus (however there's a hair petruding out of it) along with two bumps close to the lymph nodes on my right side. It looked like ingrown hairs and once I pulled the hairs they scabbed up and are healing. I started experiencing pain in my thighs, legs, and butt cheeks. Also, I am experiencing lower back pain and body aches. I was freaked out by the possibility of HIV so I took an Oraquick exam at 3 weeks. I know it's not perfect, but it helped me ease my mind a little. I also have a history of anxiety disorder and am noticing some of the physical aspects of that like tingling, tapping feet and hands, things of that nature. I think this is due to my worrying, however, I can't be completely sure. I went to the doctor also and they diagnosed me with a UTI. Are these symptoms of HIV? I've done the worst thing possible and googled symptom after symptom. I am going to go to the doctor again Monday, but I'm just so stressed that I needed to talk to someone. Thank you.
