What Causes Painful Eyes Post Inhalation Of Burnt Plastic Fumes?

I accidentally burned something in my sink and there was a plastic fork there and I didn t know until there was a cloud of smoke so I was like that s odd when I checked the plastic for was burning now my eyes burn and so does my throat what should I do?
