What Causes Painful Eyes While Moving The Eyeballs And Lack Of Focus In Sight?

Hi , I was having cough and fever ( 103 º C ) on last thursday night and on Friday Morning consulted Dr and he declared minor chest congestion and low BP ( 60/120 ) so Dr prescribed me 3 days course - Paracetamol (500mg*6 times /Day , cough Syrup and Antibiotics ( 500 MG / Day ) . On Monday afternoon I recover completely from Temperature and Cough is almost gone. But my problem now is - My eyeball are hurting when I am moving them and specially when i am trying to see extreme corners , upside or downside. And I am also finding it difficult to focus on things for long time.
