What Causes Painful Feet While Having Pars Fracture?

I have constant 24/7 pins and needle sensation in my feet. All types of blood work negative. Had lumbar x-ray that showed pars fracture . What other conditions can cause this. Has been going on for over one year. It also sometimes makes me feel off . No loss of balance, just do not feel right , like my feet are dying.
