What Causes Painful Hard Bump In Inner Thigh?

There is a weird bump on the inside of my left inner thigh, it is no bigger than a dime but when I press on it, it is hard and it kind of hurts. These kind of bumps occur frequently on my inner thighs and are sometime painful if touched or irritated by being rubbed by my pants or something. Should I be concerned or go to the doctor?
