What Causes Painful Hard Mass Inside The Shoulder?

I have hard mass not on my back below inside my shoulder blade they hurt eileen up against the wall and mash on them seem to go away for a little while and then they come back in a different spot on my neck and they keep moving and they hurt really bad I feel like it s some kind of mass.
