What Causes Painful Hips And Lower Back While Having Low Calcium And Sodium?

Having trouble finding out what is going on with me. I have low sodium and low calcium. I have good days and bad days. Bad one are lots of pain, fatigue, and just overall sick feeling. I have most of my pain in hips, low back, femur (while laying down) and shoulders and arms.
