What Causes Painful Inflammation Above The Anus?
i've a very painful inflammation above the anus (not perianal) and it's very senstive to touch.i can't even sit in a proper way.i don't think there's pus formed.i want to know what is it? and what's the proper treatment.

Medical history:i'm not suffering from any chronic disease.i've applied a cream containing recombinent Hirudin at the site of inflammation but it doesn't help ,now i'm applying a cream containing betamethasone and i'm taking ibuprofen they make me feel a little bit better but as soon as the effect of the ibuprofen ends it becomes very painful.
