What Causes Painful Intercourse After Groin Injury?

My name is Anne, I am 19 years old. I havr quite an embarassing problem.
Yesterday, I had a wrestling match (I am a wrestlerette). However, I got hit 3 times in a row in my groin area (2 times right in the clitoris, 1 time in the pelvic area). Of course, the pain was excruciating then. But when I got home, I tried to have sex with my boyfriend, but we were not able, since it was to painful for me. Also, some blood flew there, not very much.
I am very scared. Is this normal (the blows were powerful)? Is there something bad with my sexual organs? Are my ovaries ok??
