What Causes Painful Intercourse And Foul Discharge From Armpit After An Abortion?

Hello I had an abortion around September last year because it wasn t well at all the baby wasn t developing properly, my period are only lasting 2/3 days if that, when me and my partner want to make intercourse I cannot last long because it really hurts I end up crying so much that he has to stop. I feel like my sex drive has been taken away from me after the operation and I don t know what the pain is but I m having smelly discharge lately as well which is also coming from under my armpit. I also get this shooting pain up my heart and into my chest around 3/4 times a day and it lasts up to 15/20 minutes each time I don t know what that could be, I have recently been diagnosed with asthma and depression from the abortion situation and im very concerned about my health. If anyone could help that would be great.
