What Causes Painful Intercourse When Dealing With Symptoms Of PCOS?

hi! so I have been on my period for about nine months now. and before that I hadn t had one in a year, and before that my period lasted for 11 months. needless to say, my period is VERY irregular. I have no pain or cramps, but when having sex it is very painful where I can t do anything like that anymore. I m 19, almost 20. my period is most of the time black or brown but can occasionally be red. the odor is quite prominant as well. please help, thank you so much.
