What Causes Painful Intercourse?

I'm not sure whats wrong with me, sex as become painful like a stabbing sensation, I have chunky discharge usually odorless, my clitoris seem to be peeling and raw. After my period everything is normal for 4-5 days then the cycle begins again my clitoris is very sensitive there is discharge then about 7 days later everything is itchy, discharge now has an odor, if I attempt sex its like a sharp stabbing sensation. I don't know if I have something, Ive been testes and don't have Gomorrah, HIV, aids, syphilis or HPV. What else could it me? I have been treated for a UTI and yeast infection this as been going on for about 9 months now please help! This is taking a huge toll on my relationship, and making me feel like I'm unworthy and ugly, I want to be sexy again. HEPL!
