What Causes Painful Intercourse?

Hello I don t know if you can help me I m 19 I have troubles During and after sex with my boyfriend I get a really Nasty pain inside and out side of my vigina also the opening swells up as well and it s really sore so I can t have sex I also have been pregent in the past but i had tablet tho get rid of the baby ever since that has happened everytime I have sex it hurts I can t enjoy it and it s really getting to me because all I have is pain we have used lube and it still hurts after sex can you please help me
