What Causes Painful Itchy Lump Above Clitoris?

i found a lump above my clitoris two days ago , it is very painful to touch , and is painful when i go to the toilet or try and walk long distances. it is very inflammed , and quite itchy at times. I know its not an ingrown hair as hairs do not grow there , what could this be ?
