What Causes Painful Keloids On Chest Area?

I have two keloids on my chest both the size of a 50 cent piece. the one in the middle I can not put on a bra, but that one also leaks pus. Both have stabbing pains. I ve had injections, I ve had them frozen and I ve had compression tape. none seems to work. please help.
