What Causes Painful Knee With History Of Knee Surgeries?

I have had three knee surgeries on my left knee. Now I am having pain in that knee again as well as the right knee. Its so bad that even walking is painful. The last surgery on the left knee was about 18 months ago. It was for a tear in the menincus. Where do I go from here?
