What Causes Painful Large Bump Close To Buttocks?

I have a penny size hard bump on bottom of my butt close to my vagina. Its only painful when I touch it. I get one in the same spot every so often and it is on a stretch mark I have down there. It never has puss or anything come out and goes down and away in a clue of days. What could it be
