What Causes Painful Leg With History Of Stress Fractures?

I have bad pain in my leg. It started in the knee and then the hip and now the shin bone to. It has been about a month. I am treating at the local VA I had stress fractures for about 3 years while in the service. My legs do this a lot but not for more than 3 or 4 days at a time.
