What Causes Painful Lump Around Clitoral Gland?

I developed a small to medium size lump under my clitoris around the clitoris gland about a week ago...it can be painful but other than that there is no discharge, smell, change of skin texture and I can push it into my vaginal opening? What might it be? and What do I do about it?
