What Causes Painful Lump At The Edge Of Labia Minora?

This morning I ve found a lump in the upper edge of my labia minora where it meets the majora, it s smaller than a pea but feels like a tiny ball when I pinch it and is quite painful. I definitely have no stds, I m 33 years old, married and faithful for 10 years!
