What Causes Painful Lump At The Incision Site Of Surgery For Tumor Removal From Heart Valve?

I am now 11weeks post surgery from having a tumor removed from my arortic valve. The lump above my scar is still very swollen and hurts, I also have a sharpe pain on my left side of my chest when taking a deep breath. I am wondering if these symptoms are commen?
