What Causes Painful Lump In Between The Breasts?

I have a painful bump cyst or pimple in the crease between my breast. Its painful I can't even sleep on my stomach because it hurts. Not sure what it is its swollen ans seems more like a boil or cyst than a pimple I don't see a head on it to pop. What should I do?
