What Causes Painful Lump In Between The Ribs Along With Flatulence?

hi,i noticed laying down a lump internal and approx middle of rib cage, its got bigger and is very painful if pushed,i also seem to have more wind,i am a builder of 30 yrs and recently been lifting some real heavy kerb stones,though i seemed to have no problems,i have also lost 2 stone in weight over the last 6 months,i put the weight down to not drinking beer anymore,
