What Causes Painful Lumps In Left Side Of Lower Back?

Hi, there is a small pea size lumps on my left side of back lower waist since two months It is only paining when I press it otherwise not should I be worried? I am 42 years old female. I have joint pain, I have lost weight also I have dry cough since last two months.
