What Causes Painful Lumps On Either Side Of Incision Post C Section?

I am 12 days post op on first c section. On the right side of the incision I can feel hard lumps above and below the incision. The right side is also quite painful when I move or walk and if clothing touches it. What might cause this and is there anything I can do to relieve the pain and discomfort?
