What Causes Painful Pelvic And Buttocks After An Injury?

I fell off my horse landed on my back gt winded in the process, now my bum hurts & walking is abit painful.. Pain is on the right and inner portion also the top of pelvis. If I lie on my back it s not really sore just dull pain.. Going to the loo not a problem
