What Causes Painful Periods After A Laporoscopy?

i had a laporoscopy just over a two months ago now since then i have had a period twice the second month was very painfull and i was stopping and starting through out the week . which the pain was worse than before my op which stopped me from working. i have been suffering from a bloated stomach and back and feet pain i went to my doctors and they said it is i.b.s symptoms but i have not got it and my belly and pains are getting worse? could you help?
