What Causes Painful Pimples In The Inner Thigh?

Good Day, I hope that all is blessed with you. My daughter has what appears to be pimples along both her inner thighs. Not many but about 2 on on thigh and 3 on the other. The heads of the pimples are white and surround the pimples it is slightly swollen and if i touch it, it hurts very much. Please Help!
