What Causes Painful Rashes On Feet And Hands?

Hi In the past few days I have suffered from sore throath headaches chills and finally developed a rash on my feet between toes and heel and now hands.It was so painfull for a couple of days it was difficult to walk.All of the other symthoms have gone but am still left with rask.
