What Causes Painful, Recurring Spasms In Upper Abdomen?

Hi-I have been experiencing severe upper abdominal pain that radiates to back and shoulders-left sided breast pain. Tests done include a u/s, colonoscopy, endoscopy, and a hidascan w/ all negative findings. Ive been told it is spasms-it comes and goes. I don t know the next step...
