What Causes Painful Red Spot On Lateral Side Of Clitoris During Ovulation?

hi doc, I have sore red pin point spot on both slightly lateral side of clitorus with whitish welldefined firm material along with it; once in a month , ithink during ovulation. whenever i touch it , area become painful. sometimes i was succesful to pull that whitish material and tenderness diminishes
