What Causes Painful Scabs On Stomach And Arms?

I'd like some information in patches on the skin, i has been around 8-10 months since i developed some patches on my arms and stomach, stomach been the smallest, the ones on the arms are dry and rough to touch and one of the became as if I've burnt by a cigarrets, was round painful and got hard black hard skin on it, I have some other different things going on in my skin, sensations plus roughness this is mainly in my arms.
