What Causes Painful Sex, Frequent Urination And Burning In Bladder?

Hi I am a 46 year old female have had the mireena coil for over 20 years . I have had a long history of UTI s along the way but last year had a very bad UTI had the usual urine tests and all came back with no infection . I have had an ultrasound on my bladder and kidneys all came back normal . My symtoms have been frequent urination, urgency, bladder burning after sometimes after urination. Sexual intercourse after is painful for days . Pelvic pain all symtoms vary from day to day . I have good and bad days . What is wrong with me ???
