What Causes Painful Skin Eruption All Over The Body?

hi my name is Karen ive had these volcano looking skin eruption all over my body for the past 4 years they never go away ive been on every antibiotic and cream known to man been to several dermatologists and no one knows what it is they are very painful please help me
