What Causes Painful Sore Pelvic Area With Swollen Vagina?

Help! It feels like I have a huge array of problems. I’m a 24 sexually active female. Here are my symptoms in the order of events that occurred:
Sunday: Mild pain when urinating/ vagina overly sensitive
Monday: Had my period the next day
Saturday: my normal 5 day period ended with no irritation whatsoever
Saturday night: had sex and it lasted quite awhile and was rougher than usual
Sunday: my pelvic area felt extremely tender and sore but no itchiness or irritation
Monday: it hurt to pee, only at the start, the pee was cloudy and minimal amounts came out but there was no tenderness of my labia.
Monday night: I had sex again, there was no pain or discomfort except for when urinating.
Tuesday morning : it extremely hurt to pee, there was clear (unscented) discharge, my labia lips are very red, itchy and swollen. The left side of my pelvic region is tender, like it is bruised and swollen.
Tuesday night: I went to the doctor and provided a urine sample and explained to the doctor that it was extremely painful to urinate. He proscribed a high dosage of Sulfamethoxazole/ Trimethoprim and advised I take 1 tablet twice a day for 3 days. (thinking it was a UTI)
Wednesday: It is painful to shower or wash the area. I have had yeast infections before but this seems like an intensified, more painful version. The left side of my pelvic region is less tender. The antibiotics have stopped the pain of urinating and I have put plain yoghurt in/on my vagina to try to stop the burning. I have been drinking a lot of water. It still hurts to walk and I am in huge discomfort. The only thing the antibiotics have helped is the pain of urinating, but the overall state of my vagina seems a lot worse.
It is possible it could be an STD but I haven’t received a call from my doctor about the urine sample I gave. It’s so painful that I can hardly get out of bed!! Anyone have an idea of what is happening to me?
