What Causes Painful Sore Throat, Shortness Of Breath And Blood While Coughing?

Good morning, I have a really really pain of soarethroat I cannot swallow and sometimes I cannot breath properly, I went to my doctor surgery yesterday and she prescribes to me Ibuprofen and that it I was very frausted and now I feel worse than yesterday I hAve also strong cough with blood. Do have any remedies? I am thinking to go to the hospital! Thank you Mina
